A residence hall is more than just a place to sleep. In fact, the essence of living in a residence hall has less to do with the building and more to do with relationships. As a member of a residence hall community, you will be living in an environment intentionally structured to provide you with many opportunities to meet new people, learn new things, and actively participate in campus life. More than just a place to “hang your hat”, your residence hall will serve as a cross-roads of campus life; a place where friends hang-out, peers meet to study and collaborate, faculty visit to socialize and teach, and student leaders emerge to positively influence the College community.
All of our halls have large first floor lounges. Some halls have smaller lounges on each floor. For the safety of all residents all building are locked 24 hours a day. Students access residence halls with their Jacket Express card. In addition to traditional residence halls, B-W offers areas for students with similar interests, a living/learning center, and apartments and houses.
