    Most Graduate Assistants at Baldwin-Wallace College are Hall Directors for the Residence Life Office and also are expected to complete an internship assignment in one of several unique offices on campus that provide extended opportunities to interact with the community, develop leadership skills, and participate in the daily workings of specialty groups on campus. The CARE, Office of Community Outreach and Student-Athlete Mentor positions are uniquely structured in that they do not include hall assignments.
