The Residence Halls will open for the Fall 2008 semester on Thursday, August 21, 2008 for First Year Students and on Saturday, August 23, 2008 for upperclass students. Any student who needs to arrive prior to these dates for any reason should carefully read the following information for approved early arrival times and dates.
If you are part of an approved group, you are still required to submit an early arrival application! Contact your coach, department head, etc. to make sure you are on their list and to find out if they have already submitted an application on your behalf.
Approved groups include:
- Fall Sports (football, cross-country, soccer, volleyball, and cheerleaders)
- Athletic Trainers
- Orientation Leaders
- Marching Band
- Greek Moving Company
- Course Assistants
- New Athletes
If you are not part of an approved group, but still desire early move-in, you must also submit an application. Please note that if approved, you will be billed $20 per night for your early arrival, and that not all check in times are available for non-sponsored students.
