The mission of Multicultural Student Services (MSS) is to purposefully address issues of leadership and diversity, encourage awareness and respect of all cultures, and to support and maintain the overall mission of Baldwin-Wallace College. A resource and advocate of under-represented students of color, the Office of Multicultural Student Services offers educational and social programming aimed at the personal development, retention, and success of students of color.  Additionally, the Office of Multicultural Student Services works with existing offices, organizations, and institutions to further the cause of social change through diversity and leadership training.
