An Open Door Policy
The Student Conduct system at Baldwin-Wallace College exists to provide a living and learning environment, which reflects the values of the community, including those of academic and personal integrity, and responsibility. The Coordinator of Student Conduct will promote appropriate standards of conduct for the College community, as reflected in the Student Code of Conduct and other College policies.
Contrary to popular belief, “Student Conduct” doesn’t always mean getting into trouble. The conduct system at Baldwin-Wallace College protects the rights of the B-W community. Conduct matters are directly related to community development and implementing standards. As a member of the Baldwin-Wallace community, you play an integral part in the creation of these standards.
Staff members, including the Director of Student Conduct and Student Affairs staff, are available to provide information to students, faculty, and staff about the B-W community standards. Staff will provide information about conduct procedures and are available to discuss complaints related to students, clubs, and organizations.
