B-W: Organization Summer Contact Information

Please provide the following information for your organization. The summer contact information should be provided by April 30th of each academic year. Summer contact information will be used to contact your organization about the Involvement Fair that takes place during Weekend of Welcome.

Most communication will occur via e-mail or US mail, so please be sure to provide an e-mail address and postal address that you will check regularly during the summer.

Additionally, the name provided will serve as the organzation contact until the fall registration form is completed by October 15th of each academic year.
