Student Activities

Student Organization Registration Form

You can now register your student organization online!  Please complete the registration form below by typing the information in the appropriate fields.  Please make sure that ALL fields have been filled in so that we have the proper, up-to-date information for the Student Activities Office.

Registration Deadline: October 15th of each academic year

If you are starting a NEW organization, you will need to come to the Student Activities Office located in the Student Life Center, 2nd floor of the College Union.  All NEW groups must meet with the Director of Student Activities, Jaime Yager.
