Dancer Registration Form

Welcome to the Dancer Registration Page! 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 21, 2008
REGISTRATION FEE: $20.00 (required, non-refundable)

Here are a few things that you need to know!

  1. Registration forms are submitted using the online form below. 
  2. Once you complete your registration form, please return to this page to sign up on the Fundraising/Donation site.
  3. There is a required, non-refundable $20.00 registration fee for all dancers.  This should be turned into the Student Life Center within 72 hours of submitting this form.  Please put the money (Cash or Check- made out to Baldwin-Wallace College) in an envelope with your name on it.
  4. All dancers are required to raise at least $200 for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.  If you do not reach at least $200 by January 30, 2009, you will be unable to participate in this year's Dance Marathon.
  5. All dancers must attend Dancer Informational Meetings, which will be announced at a later date.
  6. Any questions should be directed to Jared Morrison (jmorriso@bw.edu) the Dancer Relations Chair.
