Personal Training
For Who: Staff, Students, and Faculty (All skill levels are welcome)
Provided by: Lou Higgins Center Recreational Sports & Services, in conjunction with the LifeSpan Fitness Group, a student organization designed to promote healthy and active lifestyles.
When: You can contact the director of the Personal Training program, Alie Landaw, at alandaw@bw.edu to schedule an appointment.
Where: Meet at the weight room supervisor's desk in the Lou Higgins Center at your scheduled time.
What: Sign-up for 1-hour personal training sessions and receive a personalized fitness routine (maximum of three appointments per semester).
