Students, faculty, and staff are given space on the campus network servers to store files. These files are backed-up by the IT department and provide a safe environment for file storage. Beyond saving files to the network, the IT Department recommends that members of the B-W community use a flash drive (most reliable) or CDs for additional or portable file storage. Please also note that some of the computer labs on campus are now equipped with new computers that no longer contain a floppy drive. Floppy disks can become quite unstable when used in multiple locations and therefore are often unreliable and not recommended.
