Hours of Operation during school year:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:25 pm
A student employee is scheduled to assist students: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 4:30-6:00pm, except during holidays, exam weeks, break periods and summers. The Office is closed all Holidays.
Fall Student Holiday Friday October 17, 2008 Office hours: 11:00 am-3:00pm
Thanksgiving break Wednesday-Friday November 26-28, 2008: closed
Christmas hours Wednesday December17, 2008 through Thursday January 1, 2009: closed
Spring extended hours Saturday January 10, 2009: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Monday January 12 - Wednesday January14, 2009: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
To obtain a B-W ID card (Jacket Express), the student must be registered and will be required to show a valid photo ID (school ID, drivers license, passport, VISA) and sign/date a form, through the ID Office.
Resident students with a Jacket Express account: any balance remaining from fall semester will be credited to the student's STAR (student account receivable/tuition account) and the spring semester monies placed on their Jacket Express account December 15, 2008 and billed to their STAR account..
Commuter students with a Jacket Express account: any balance remaining from fall semester will roll over into spring semester.
All student Jacket Express accounts will be closed at the end of spring semester, or if a student withdraws from B-W. Any balance remaining in a student's Jacket Express account will be credited to the student's tuition account. A student may request from the B-W cashier's office a check if at any time the student has a credit standing on their B-W tuition account.
PLEASE...if you misplace your ID card at anytime; contact the ID Office at 440-826-2410 or after hours; Safety and Security at 440-826-2336 ; or through your B-W Portal Page to deactivate the card.
