On Saturday, May 3, Baldwin-Wallace College launched Ovation 2008, a campus-wide celebration of student academic and artistic achievement and creativity. The day-long event incorporated student presentations and performances, the spring poster session and the traditional Honors Awards ceremony. Nearly 140 student projects, in academic disciplines across the campus, were on display throughout the Kleist Center for Art & Drama. Students, faculty, staff, donors and others in the B-W community took the opportunity to congratulate the students and learn more about their work.
The day's events concluded with the annual Honors Awards ceremony during which more than 150 students received scholarships and awards for outstanding achievement in academics, athletics, performance and student life.
