Tressel Field Groundbreaking is on Today, Saturday, May 17, 2008...  The College will break ground at 10:00 a.m. on a 2-million dollar renovation of its track and playing field. The field will now be known as Tressel Field in The George Finnie Stadium. Five Baseball Players Named All-OAC...  Four Yellow Jacket baseball players, seniors Nick Radca (Amherst/Steele) and Kevin Shenker (Twinsburg) and juniors Riley Kreisher (Ashtabula/ Edgewood) and Cody Kidd (Wellington), were named as second-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference selections, and senior Shaun Slater (Wooster/ Norwayne) was an honorable mention choice. Luken and Kidd Qualify for Academic All-America Ballot...   Yellow Jacket senior second baseman Nate Luken (Dayton/ Chaminade Julienne) and junior centerfielder Cody Kidd (Wellington) have been named as first-team ESPN THE MAGAZINE Academic All-District IV picks and now qualify for the national Academic All-America ballot. Men's Tennis Team Wins 20 Matches and is OAC Runner-up... The men's tennis team had a 20-6 overall record and was the OAC regular season runner-up with an 8-1 mark and placed second at the OAC Tournament. Baseball Team Ends Season With Sweep... Women's Tennis Team Repeats its OAC Titles... The women's tennis team repeated its OAC regular season and OAC Tournament championships and competed at the 2008 NCAA Division III National Tournament for the second straight year.
