Considering a Career in Teaching? This information session is for adults holding a bachelor's degree who are interested in becoming teachers. Counselors will answer your questions and share information ... What does the hiring picture look like for teachers? What are the different teaching areas B-W offers? How much can be done during evenings and weekends? How much of my previous college work will count? Should I get my masters degree or just a teaching license? How long will this take? Discover a new world at B-W! This visit option is open to all junior and senior high school students who are interested in learning more about the many opportunities available at B-W while focusing on the successes of multicultural students and alumni. This day long program will include admission and financial aid information as well as opportunities to tour the campus. An overview of multicultural student services and an introduction to multicultural student organizations will also be provided. Come interact with current students, faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni who are more than willing to share their array of personal experiences at B-W. All interested students are welcome to attend this event!

Thinking of applying to B-W as a Transfer student, but haven't started the application process? You can complete your bachelor's degree at B-W attending day, evening and Saturday! Each year approximately 500 new students transfer to B-W - learn why they chose B-W to earn their degrees. Come to a small group session and learn about majors available, accelerated courses, flexible scheduling and how course credit transfers from other colleges. An admission counselor will answer questions and help you with the application process. Sessions run from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Tour the campus, including our newly renovated recreation complex, the Lou Higgins Center, and George Finnie Stadium, home to the Yellow Jackets and 40 winning seasons in 41 years. Have lunch with us and stay to watch the team battle an Ohio Athletic Conference rival. It's a day designed to give you a real taste of Yellow Jacket football. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15th (program begins at 10:00 a.m.) B-W vs. Capital University at 1:30 p.m.
Come and learn about B-W's Accelerated Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership! Earn your bachelor's degree in just three years. This program, designed for adult learners, is distinctively different, and will be offered in Berea starting Fall 2009.
