Baldwin-Wallace College offers an exciting new accelerated bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, designed specifically for adults who show promise to excel in their careers but have yet to complete a degree. Packaged and sequenced for completion, the curriculum is carefully planned so that students take just a few courses at a time, completing the entire bachelor's degree in just three years. Students selected for this program take all their classes together forming a supportive learning community. Tuition, books, a laptop computer and a week-long international study tour are included in the package.
Students beginning the Three-Year Accelerated Degree in Organizational Leadership in Fall 2009 would meet for classes at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.
Certificate Programs are six courses designed for adult students to enhance their work skills or prepare for a career transition. All certificate courses count toward the bachelor's degree.
