Jones Music Library - Online Resources

Listed below are a few major reference sources for music available to faculty and students.  The first three sections are paid resources to which the B-W libraries subscribe. The fourth section (Other music sites) lists freely available resources, over which we have no control. For a more comprehensive listing of databases available to B-W students and faculty, please see http://www.bw.edu/academics/libraries/ritter/data/

The links to resources now work both on and off campus. If you are off campus, you will be asked to login with your name and your barcode.  Your barcode should be your campus ID (a seven-digit number).  If you have trouble with this, please contact the staff at Ritter or Jones Library.

Dissertation Abstracts (ProQuest Dissertations & Theses)
Provides indexing and abstracting for over two million dissertations and theses. Most of the documents can be ordered from ProQuest, and many include a free 24-page preview.
WorldCat
An enormous database of library holdings in all formats from around the world. Very helpful for locating items that are not in OhioLINK.
