B-W East to Offer MBA Courses - Baldwin-Wallace College will offer its MBA program at B-W East in Beachwood, beginning in September 2005.

Bush's Second Term: Three Views On Trade Policy & Globalization - Trade policy is one of the major issues President George W. Bush will confront in his second term.  In this issue of Business & Economy @ B-W, three members of the B-W faculty offer their divergent and in some cases controversial views on the direction  U.S. trade policy is likely to take and the direction it should take for the next four years.  The views expressed are those of the individual faculty members.

China Seminar has Local Relevance - Sixteen people traveled to China last summer for a 12-day B-W MBA seminar.  They had a broad-based learning experience that relates back to business in Northeast Ohio.

Northeast Ohio: The Medical Malpractice Insurance Crisis - Are doctors leaving Northeast Ohio to practice where the business climate is more favorable?  The Healthcare MBA program and the Buckhorn Chair in Economics team up with the Healthcare Executives Association of Northeast Ohio (HEANO) to host a panel discussion.

SIFE, E CITY Team Up at Success Tech - E City founder, John Zitzner, believes one way to tackle urban poverty is to "turn around our inner-city one young entrepreneur at a time."  Students from B-W's SIFE program works with E CITY youth teaching them the principles of free enterprise.

Business Plan Clinic Helps 'Civic Entrepreneur's - The Business Plan Clinic at B-W and the Civic Innovation Lab are teaming up to help "civic entrepreneurs" move their concepts forward.

Northeast Ohio: Innovation, Entrepreneurship Will Revive NEO - Panelists join B-W faculty to discuss "Beyond the Quiet Crisis Through Growth and Innovation".
